Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This includes what our app collected when you messaged us on Instagram (your Instagram username, first name, email and business type) and anything you gave us on this website.

How to ask

Email hello@efficiencysprint.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the email you signed up with, or your Instagram handle, so we can find you.

What happens next

We delete your data from MailerLite and from our messaging app, and we email you once it's done. We do this within 30 days of your request, and usually much sooner. If the law requires us to keep a record of something, we keep only that and tell you what it is.

Instagram itself

Deleting your data with us doesn't delete your Instagram messages. To remove the app's access, go to Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, and remove it there.
