Who we are and what this covers
Efficiency Sprint makes humans and AI work together: one org chart, one management system. This policy covers the Efficiency Sprint website, our Instagram and email lists, and the QuickBooks Audit product, including the assessment and the Quick Scan.
This website is operated by Imperial Communications LLC (Texas), doing business as Efficiency Sprint.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you start the assessment we ask for your name, work email, company name, and a few questions about the company. If you type into the form and leave without finishing, what you entered may still reach us — we use it to follow up on your assessment, nothing else.
Your accounting data, when you connect it. The Quick Scan reads your QuickBooks Online data after you authorize the connection through Intuit's official sign-in. The connection is made via Composio; we never see your credentials. Access is read-only: the audit reads your books and cannot change an entry.
Technical basics. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
If you message us on Instagram
When you comment on one of our Instagram posts or message @efficiencysprint, our messaging app replies in your direct messages. To send you what you asked for, it keeps your Instagram username, asks for your first name and email, and notes which kind of business the post was about (for example, "plumbing companies"). That's all we keep from Instagram. The app uses your messages with us only to reply in that conversation, and we don't collect your followers or other profile data.
We use this to send you the blueprint you asked for and a short series of emails about it. Your name, email and business type are stored in MailerLite, our email service. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
If you want this data deleted, see Data deletion.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal data or your company's data. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
- To run the scan and show you the result
- To contact you about your assessment and what it found
- To improve the product, using what the diagnostics surface in aggregate
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply
Who processes it for us
Like most software companies, we rely on service providers to operate: hosting infrastructure, the Intuit connection service (Composio), our email service (MailerLite), the app that answers Instagram messages for us (OpenReply), and AI providers that process data to generate audit results. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We share data when the law requires it; we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your controls
- Disconnect anytime: the QuickBooks connection is revocable from your own Intuit account, immediately
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Ignore any follow-up: one request stops further contact
Retention
We keep assessment answers and scan results while your engagement with the product is active, so a re-run can show what changed. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, subject to anything the law requires us to keep.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Questions and requests about your data: email hello@efficiencysprint.com or use the contact page.
